Product Overview
B7 Diff Riser and Rear Chassis Stiffener.
This piece when compressed between the chassis and diff box allows the material to become very rigid and allow for the rear end of the car to feel much more direct when turning. It keeps the car flatter by reducing torque rolling.
Also with the B7 diff being only able to be lifted up 2mm naturally through its risers safely, this allows you to get to a 3mm or 4mm diff height adjustment. Team drivers have liked the 4mm option the most on Black Carpet.
For installation, you must remove 2mm from the inner ballstud mount, add 2mm ABOVE the D block of the car, and add 2mm to either the stroke or rod end of the suspension to have similar attributes as before. Also the C block is raised .75mm (one full pull position upward) to give the car 2 degrees of anti squat naturally which allows for slightly higher roll center options when on high grip surfaces.
